Triathlon Coaching - Training Volume

Training volume can be a tricky thing to figure out. Here is what I have to say in a nut shell. Think more in terms of how well you can recover VS how much you can train.

Your training is only as good as how well you can recover.

It is during recovery that your body get stronger as it repairs it self from the given training stimulus you have exposed it too.
